Responsibilities:
- Perform Human Resource & Administration related tasks.
- Responsible for the implementation of recruitment coordination, employee welfare & benefits, HR policies & procedure etc.
- Manage and maintain written correspondences, records, files and reports.
- To coordinate and align with other departments in line with company's strategy.
- Lead payroll team
- Minimum 3 years experience in related fields. Experience in working with outsourcing company will be served as advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Indonesia Labor Rules.
- Understand overall HR aspects (Personel, Training, Recruitment, General Affair and Industrial relation)
- Male or Female 1Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Business and Office Administration or Management background preferred
- Active in organizational or any extracurricular activities at his/her campus
- Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Having good communication skill, in English and Bahasa, both in writing and speaking
- Team work, discipline, self motivated, initiative, good analytical thinking and fast learner 1Demonstrate good command in both written and spoken English
- Dynamic, able to work independently and in team even under pressure and flexible hours
